Zoya Yara from the Fall 2011 Mirrors Collection

Today I am bringing you Zoya’s Yara from the Fall 2011 Mirrors Collection.  I have to say this is one of my favorites from both of the Fall collections.  Zoya describes Yara as a medium smoky olive drab with an illuminating splash of bright gold glitter.??  An olive drab that’s anything but – it’s completely glam.

I used a base coat, 2 coats of Yara and then a quick dry top coat.  Yara is a 5 on Zoya’s color intensity scale.  It went on very opaque but I still used 2 coats.  This is going to be a perfect fall color for me, I already have many outfits in this shade or ones that Yara will compliment.  The application was smooth as always and they have been very consistent with their formula’s this year.

What do you think about Zoya’s Fall Collections?  What’s your favorite color?  Please leave comments, they are always read and I answer any questions.  You can find Zoya at Zoya.com, also they have a member friendly Facebook Fan page at Zoya Nail Polish.  They frequently run promo’s on their facebook and blog, so like them to make sure you know when they happen.

  1. I love this shade – I bought the entire mirrors collection and 4 of the 6 in the smoke collection (I skipped Codie and that super dark looks like black everyone says that is supposed to have some purple only you cannot see it – so I did pick right. Yara is on my toes right now! I just merged out of my teal toes for a couple days in observation of ovarian cancer awareness this month.
